CUSTOMIZED EVENTS

For over 25 years I have been organizing exclusive, interactive experiences and customized business events. In 2019 I started my own business and since than I have supported companies as a freelance event manager and floor manager. These events, organized on diverse unique locations in The Netherlands, can be either live or hybride up to a maximum of 250 persons, like:

Company anniversaries and events | Company or team outings | Company conferences, meetings, seminars and workshops | Inspirational and brainstorm sessions | Team building activities.  

MISSION

By means of interactive events, I would like to inspire and motivate people and make them bond in and with the organization. Depending on the purpose of the event I want to stimalate attendees to:
– exchange knowledge and experience,
– network, cooperate and co-create,
– experience something special,
– or/and make them contribute to change.
I want to make sure that each event becomes an unforgettable experience that gets things in motion and that will be talked about for a long time after. So: interactive events that have an impact.

PLAN OF ACTION

To ensure that the experience or events caters to your wishes, I like to invest time in an extensive intake, during which we make clear why the event is organized, what the targets are and which target group is aimed for. Surely, we will discuss what your desired result is.

Based on the intake, we will work out a clear concept offer and financial plan. After agreement, we will discuss the roles and tasks of the project team members and make extensive planning of the different phases. During the project I can either take responsibility for the whole process (from concept to production and from realization to evaluation) or just for the production and/or coordination of the event.

CO CREATION

To get the best results I cooperate with your project team and my own network of reliable professionals in the event field. They work for companies in the fields of participation registration, communication, hospitality, catering, traffic, AV-productions, decor and stage building, lecturers and hosts, entertainment and indoor/outdoor activities.

CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE EVENTS
Special private occasion to celebrate? We are also happy to organize your private, tailor-made events or activity programme for your group in the Zaan region. For friends and families, for groups up to a maximum of 250 persons. Be surprised!
